This recipe is super customizable and can go anywhere from apple-pie-sweet to tomato-herb-savory. It makes a beautiful appetizer, dessert, or even lunch. While our galettes bake, we'll whip up a fresh, seasonal salad and a simple vinaigrette. (Appx 2 hours, $45/person, 10-student minimum)
