I've hosted wildly successful virtual events for over 150 students! The sweet spot for team-building engagement is 20-30 students. For larger groups, I recommend simpler, shorter options or multiple sessions. Smaller groups can dive deep!
How Much Does it cost?
I send individualized quotes for every inquiry. Quotes vary according to event details, and I work within a wide range of budgets. Private classes have a 10 person minimum.
Private events are scheduled based on your availability!
Payments accepted via credit card or PayPal with a 3% fee. Zelle and QuickPay are fee-free options.
How does it work?
Before class, you'll receive a PDF with a list of necessary ingredients and equipment.
Once we're gathered, I'll use a two-camera setup to demystify the preparation process, answer questions, and share a lifetime of tips and tricks. It's a blast!

That's up to you!
Shorter options work well as demonstration-only.
For longer classes, folks usually like cook along for a hands-on experience with live coaching. It's quite delightful to finish the class and taste your creations together.

A festive and luxurious treat using the season's bounty!
We'll make a fool-proof, all-butter pie dough and fold it around seasonal produce to make two open-faced pie pastries. This recipe is super customizable and can go anywhere from apple-pie-sweet to tomato-herb-savory. It makes a beautiful appetizer, dessert, or even lunch. While our galettes bake, we'll whip up a tasty accompaniment like rich caramel sauce or a simple-fancy salad with homemade vinaigrette. You'll practice basic knife skills, slowly melt onions into a sweet-n-savory spread and nail the sear & temperature on a sirloin steak.
