During class, I'll use a two-camera setup to demystify the baking process, answer questions, and share a lifetime of tips and tricks.
At the end of class, you'll have two delicious, medium-sized galettes to enjoy or to share!

How It Works
One week before class, you'll receive an email with a list of necessary ingredients and equipment (including easy substitutions).
You'll get an email reminder the day before class including the Zoom link.
Once we're all gathered, we'll work step-by-step as a team. It's a blast!
