One week before class, I’ll send out a detailed PDF including lists of necessary ingredients and equipment as well as plenty of advice on buying and preparing raw shrimp ahead of class. One day before, I’ll send an email reminder with the Zoom link.
We'll work step-by-step together with lots of time included for questions and conversation. You'll finish class with a delicious dinner and a new favorite recipe.
