I'm excited to show you my simple, classic recipe for crisp-flaky, tender-fluffy Southern Buttermilk Biscuits! I'll use a two-camera set up to demystify the process and share my very best tips and tricks with you. When class is over, you'll have a hot batch of buttery biscuits, two delicious *slathers* and a new Sunday morning ritual! Buttermilk Biscuit Class is LIVE via Zoom. One week before class, you'll receive an email recipe with all the necessary ingredients and equipment (including easy substitutions!). One day before class, you'll receive an email reminder with the Zoom link. Once we've all gathered, we'll work step-by-step as a team. It's a blast!⁠ While our biscuits are puffing and browning in the oven, we'll whip up a few delicious Slathers: Sweet Citrus Butter and Hot Turmeric Honey. Slathers are fully optional, but you won't want to watch everyone else enjoy those, now will you??
