In this new class offering, SBT will guide you step-by-step to prepare two delicious morning recipes:

Bacon Egg and Cheese Sammies and Overnight Chia Oats.


You'll finish class with over a week's worth of effortless breakfasts to help eliminate morning stress and fuel your busy days.

What To Expect

Self-Care Meal Prep is a live, virtual 

cook-along class held via Zoom.

​During class, SBT will use a two-camera setup to guide step-by-step through her foolproof recipes.


She'll coach in the moment, answer questions, and share a lifetime of kitchen tips and tricks.

Register now and receive a welcome email with a list of all necessary ingredients and equipment (including easy substitutions).

You'll get email reminders in the days before class with the Zoom link.

Once we're all gathered, we'll work step-by-step as a team. It's a blast!
