Buttermilk Biscuit Class is a cook-along class held live via Zoom. During class, I'll use a two-camera setup to demystify the biscuit process, answer questions, and share a lifetime of tips and tricks.

 

A few days before class, you'll receive an email with the web link and a list of necessary ingredients and equipment (including easy substitutions). Once we're all gathered, we'll work step-by-step as a team. It's a blast!

 

While our biscuits are puffing and browning in the oven, we'll whip up two quick slathers: Sweet Citrus Butter and Hot Turmeric Honey. Slathers are optional, but you won't want to watch everyone else enjoy those now will you? 

 

When class is over, you'll have a hot batch of buttery biscuits and a new weekend ritual.
