Service Description

In this class, you'll learn to trust your tastebuds and layer flavors like the bad a** home chef you are. One week before class, you'll get a detailed PDF including lists of necessary ingredients and equipment as well as plenty of advice on buying and prepping raw shrimp ahead of class. One day before, I’ll send an email reminder with the Zoom link. We'll work step-by-step together with lots of time included for questions and conversation. You'll finish class with a delicious dinner and a new favorite recipe.
