Seasonal Galette Class

Galettes - or open faced pies - aren't just the hottest food posts on Instagram!
These beauties are bursting with the season's most delicious bounty and come together without the stress of a 'perfect pie'. In fact, the beauty of a rustic galette is in the imperfections!
During class, we'll make two medium-size galettes: one sweet, one savory.
Fillings change depending on the season - scroll down to ogle past flavors!
While our galettes are baking, we'll make a surprisingly easy DRIZZLE. Past DRIZZLES have included Salted Caramel Sauce and Sweet Balsamic Glaze.
At the end of class, you'll have two delicious galettes to enjoy or share!
Classes are offered in a cook-along format and held live via Zoom. A few days in advance, you'll receive an email with a downloadable recipe including lists of necessary ingredients and equipment as well as tips for success. One day ahead, you'll get an email reminder with the class link. Once we're all gathered, we'll work step-by-step as a team. It's a blast!
During class this two-hour class, I'll use a two-camera setup to demystify the baking process, answer real-time questions, and share all my best baking tips and tricks.
